I take time every day to mindfully connect with my Universe, Mother Gaia, and immerse myself in the elements. My Sadhanas vary day to day, but today, the trees and lilacs had my heart.
To connect with the trees deeply, purposefully, and most significantly, I like to be among them. To breathe with them. To witness their beauty close up. To be awed and inspired by their strength and ability to sway in the gusts of life without breaking, and still stand upright. They lose all of themselves only to come back bigger & better the next season.
When I’m among the trees I’m reminded that not only are we all surviving in constant change, but every that season is temporary, and we are often stronger after we come back from being stripped bare. It reminds me that surviving even the most treacherous of storms is possible, as long as I stay rooted, trust that I have all I need inside of me, and have unwavering faith in my own strength.
