I just do my best to live my best life in spite of the pain. Most days are ruled with incomprehensible pain, and if I gave into it, it’ll consume me completely, so…I fight. Every day. I cherish the sweet moments and count my blessings every night. Thank you for appreciating my authenticity. Sharing my story is healing for me. Especially since I was taught that my pain equates to selfishness. Now I know better. So, I tell my tale in an effort to not feel so alone. I don’t have to hide. I’ve done nothing wrong.
