And I’m only now becoming more awakened and recognizing this…I have to give myself grace and be patient, for my self awareness is new. Only a year ago I began distancing myself from my lifelong abuser (my twin sister) and learning who I am and why…and learning what I wish to change and how to facilitate/manifest those desires. It’s been the most painful, freeing change in my whole life.🕉️
